Job Description
Principal Accountabilities: - Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, waxing and polishing floors. - Dusting and polishing furniture, woodwork, fixtures, and equipment. - Washing windows, walls, ceilings, and doors. - Cleaning desks and countertops. - Emptying and cleaning waste receptacles. - Cleaning and maintaining supplies in toilets and rooms. - Moving and arranging furniture and equipment. - Locking and unlocking doors. - Picking up papers and other debris. - Maintaining custodial supplies and equipment. - Assisting tradesmen in maintenance work. - Operating light duty equipment and machinery. - Performs other duties as assigned.
