Head of Business Development.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Business to lead our expansion efforts in the MENA region across various sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new businesses and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for the MENA region, focusing on acquiring new clients in diverse sectors such as technology, finance, retail, and others.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers at potential client organizations to understand their business needs and position our company's services as solutions to their challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers to create a robust network and drive business opportunities.
- Lead the business development team and provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success in achieving targets and goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns to support business development efforts.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare and present business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with potential clients.
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a Head of Business Development, with a successful history of acquiring new businesses and driving revenue growth in the MENA region.
- In-depth understanding of the MENA market and business environment, with a strong network of contacts and relationships across various sectors.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team to achieve ambitious business targets.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop practical solutions, and drive results.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; master’s degree and relevant industry certifications are a plus.
