US Finance Manager

CLIENT OVERVIEW

Our client is an international company leading in the design industry.
To assist them in their business growth we have been called on to help identify the Finance Manager.

Summary:

The Finance Manager is responsible for coordinating all the financial US business activities and is also a major point of contact with the HQ to ensure the proper application of accounting economic and financial guidelines given centrally.

S/He is tasked with the implementation of appropriate financial controls to ensure compliance with accepted accounting processes and legal requirements. S/He is also responsible for budgeting financial data analysis recordkeeping and financial reporting to senior financial management.

The Finance Manager is involved in all aspects of financial management including corporate accounting budget and forecast preparation internal regulation and financial reporting.

Robust analytical skills problemsolving attitude team player and expertise to work within rapidly changing environments. Resilient and flexible personality with a vision of the role as a business partner and supporting the US CEO in making decisions and reading the business.

Main requirements and qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting preferably CPA
• Knowledge of US GAAP mandatory
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping rules and international standards along with commercial acumen and knowledge of IFRS would be preferred.
• Solid previous experience in a management position within financial control is mandatory.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of people management and development.
• Ability to work independently as well as to manage teams to meet objectives.
• Ensure team and talent development.
• Build a strong and trusted relationship with the local leadership team as well as the corporate one.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Preferable knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP
• Flexibility and ability to meet short deadlines

Compensation:

Offered a salary range between 150000 to 170000 USD annual bonus benefits.

Candidate must show proof of US citizenship/visa/alien registration.
