Job Description
Family Law Attorney
Our growing law firm is looking to hire aFamily Attorneywho is fiercely passionate about representing clients facing one of the most challenging times in their lives.
Duties include:
- Ability to independently draft motions
- Conduct depositions
- Expert testimony and trial prep
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Family Law
- Ability to independently draft motions conduct depositions expert testimony and trial prep
- Experience in domestic violence cases is a plus
- Barred in NY is a plus but not required
