Job Description
Medical Assistant neurological practice
Current Medical Assistant Certification
Current CPR certification preferred
Minimum of two (2) years clinical MA experience
Some knowledge of ICD9 and CPT codes
Ability to communicate effectively
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Knowledge of charts and medical records and appropriate documentation
Computer literacy
Ability to work 8am4:30pm on Mondays other days 8:30am5pm
Certification and current registration for Registered Technologist (R.T.) from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Current Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) license for Radiography. Certification and current registration for CT from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and current Oregon Board of Medical Imaging license for CT or be in our hospital CT training program.
