Job Description

  • Gather and analyze data from various digital channels including website traffic mobile apps social media and online ordering platforms
  • Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends patterns and opportunities for improvement
  • Provide regular reports and dashboards on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders and management Customer behaviour analysis:
  • Analyse customer behaviour on digital platforms to gain insights into user preferences engagement patterns and pain points
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand customer segments data funnelling data architecture current data tools and assets as well as customer personalisation needs A/B testing and optimization:
  • Plan execute and analyse A/B tests to optimize digital assets user flows and customer journeys
  • Provide recommendations based on test results to enhance user experience and drive conversion Digital campaign performance:
  • Plan execute and analyse A/B tests to optimize digital assets user flows and customer journeys
  • Provide recommendations based on test results to enhance user experience and drive conversion Website and app performance:
  • Monitor and analyze website and app performance including page load times navigation patterns and user interactions
  • Identify opportunities for site/app improvements to increase user engagement and conversion rate Data visualisation and reporting:
  • Create clear and compelling visualisations to communicate complex data insights to nontechnical stakeholders
  • Prepare and present reports to management providing actionable recommendations for digital strategy Data governance and quality:
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by collaborating with IT teams on data governance and quality control processes. Competitive analysis:
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand industry trends and benchmarks providing insights to stay ahead in the market.


Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in digital data analytics preferably in the Retail Food Service or related industries Knowledge Skills and Competencies proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python R SQL or similar data visualisation tools like Tableau Power BI or Google Data Studio Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical audiences
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to tackling challenges
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
