Title: Online Digital Instructor

Remuneration: £40000 annually

Role Summary

Join our dynamic team at a leading digital training provider! We are seeking an experienced Digital Instructor to lead our Level 3 Adult Learning courses. The focus is on imparting highquality digital skills and teaching methodologies to ensure our learners are fully prepared for their future endeavours.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate online training in digital and technical subjects for Level 3 qualifications.

Create an inspiring learning environment focusing on learner engagement and retention.

Conduct initial assessments to identify learner needs and tailor support strategies.

Timely marking and constructive feedback on assignments.

Assist in employability training including CV preparation job searching and interview skills.

Candidate Profile

At least 3 years of relevant industry experience and 2 years in digital course instruction.

Level 4 qualification in Digital/Technical fields; Level 3 Teaching Qualification (with plans to upgrade to L4 within a year).

Assessing Award CAVA (or commitment to obtain within 3 months).

Current knowledge of digital trends and proficiency in various tech tools including Microsoft Teams.

Proven ability to engage students in an online learning environment.
