Tasks

Your Commitment will include

• Operation and maintenance of network and security solutions in close collaboration with external IT service providers.
• Ensuring the availability and functionality of systems within your responsibility including lifecycle management.
• Updating deployed systems and applications to current stable versions.
• Planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects with participation in clinic projects.
• Planning designing and evolving IT system architectures and services partially in collaboration with IT service providers.
• Close collaboration with other ICT teams especially the Service Desk and Applications teams.
• Resolving 2nd and 3rd level support requests.
• Developing implementing and documenting solution and migration concepts.
• Actively managing external IT service providers within your responsibility.
• Oncall duty approximately every 2 months for one week.

Requirements

Achieving the difference requires

• Completed education at a university of applied sciences or higher technical school in the field of computer science or an apprenticeship as a system technician with extensive experience.
• Indepth knowledge of Microsoft system landscapes and architectures especially Microsoft Server and Client platforms Active Directory Exchange and Office 365.
• Experience with VMware virtualization HPE Storage Veeam Backup or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge of various scripting languages such as Bash PowerShell and VBS.
• Understanding of network and security aspects preferably in the context of security network zoning. Understanding of business processes holistically and the ability to support and develop them using existing or future IT services.
• Conceptual skills to develop evaluate and implement IT services suitable for the organization.
• Analytical thinking and a structured and systematic approach to work.
• Strong communication skills to formulate and explain requirements complex issues arguments and solutions.
• Emphasis on quality attention to detail and high selfmotivation.
• Fluent in German and basic knowledge of English.
