My client is looking for a HR and Talent Acquisition to join their team.
Here are you 4 main missions:
- 1.HR administrative and contractual Management:
- Ensure that the main HR processes are defined and respected (hiring contract management salary review annual appraisal etc.).
- Maintain accurate and secure employee records manage employee benefits and oversee payroll processes.
- Keep uptodate with any changes to laws and regulations.
- Propose and implement policies and practices that comply with legal and regulatory
requirements. This may include policies on equal employment opportunity antidiscrimination harassment prevention compensation benefits and working conditions.
2. Advising managers and senior management on HR:
- to work closely with the companys management to analyze the quality of existing resources and their suitability to needs
- to propose and participate in their development (assessment training monitoring mobility new role or function)
- to manage the Talent pool.
- to anticipate future needs to support upcoming operational changes and finally to optimize the recruitment process.
For the purpose you established metrics that align with the plan and provide regular feedback
facilitating employee improvement and contributing to achieving the company s objectives.
3. Implement and develop the employer brand image.
- Be able to audit the recruitment process and suggest improvements in line with the
companys specific needs projects and markets. - Ensure that recruitment communications are clear coherent and relevant to the skills and
profiles sought. - Promote the company so that people want to join and participate in its projects.
- Represent the company to schools and recruitment agencies.
- Join and participate in communities in line with the companys objectives and values.
- Participate in and actively develop the corporate culture.
4. Optimization and fluidity of recruitment and HR management:
Requirements
- 5 years University or bachelor s degree in HR or business school with HR specialization.
- 10 years of experience in HR with track recorded experience in Headhunting.
- Good international exposure and working experience with international teams.
- Good knowledge in legal IT and packoffice.
- Automotive industry and aftermarket business knowledge should be a plus.
- Experience working in startup and fastgrowing environment should be appreciated.
