What Were Looking For

In this position as a Customer Support Specialist your main objective will be to deliver exceptional customer support to our users resolving any technical issues and ensuring their satisfaction. Your role will contribute to maintaining a strong and positive brand image with a focus on providing a remarkable experience. Please note that this role is hybrid requiring a minimum of two days working at our office in Berlin.

Your Responsibilities

  • Supporting our customers by providing assistance and addressing their inquiries through multiple channels such as email phone and live chat.
  • Collaborating closely with the product team to ensure that our product evolves and aligns with the specific requirements of our customers.
  • Taking an active role in achieving the teams objectives by consistently striving to enhance our performance and fostering strong internal communication.
  • Creating content to assist customers resolve their issues

We Expect

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities with exceptional skills in either German or French (C1) plus English (C1)
  • Additional language is a bonus!
  • Over one year of experience in a support or service role demonstrating the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Capable of handling a variety of tasks effectively managing workload and having a proactive can do attitude
