So whats the mission of the Retail Project Manager
Being responsible for the successful roll out construction and fit out of our beautiful stores in the UK as well as keeping up to date with any ongoing maintenance and upgrades of our existing retail stores. Reporting to the Retail Director you will also be collaborating closely with the Global Design Manager on exciting projects therefore allowing the Astrid & Miyu brand to flourish.
What does success look like in this role
- Support the delivery of property projects across the Astrid & Miyu estate no matter how big or small providing an end to end service.
- Managing the critical path schedule of works and documentation works for all projects agreeing the programme of works with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure everyone has maximum visibility of ongoing projects.
- Experience of and ensuring correct contracts are in place for safeguarding the business.
- Value engineer construction costs to support store design and meet business needs and reporting of Capex spends.
- On site management including health and safety compliance and future proofing.
- Regularly reviewing standards of existing external manufacturers and suppliers to meet business requirements.
- Work closely with interior designers and architects on store feasibility timelines and requirements.
- Providing support for any product range rollouts concession launches and pop up stores where required.
- Identify and propose solutions to resolve issues that can impact project schedule cost or design integrity on multiple projects.
- Ensure internal documents and folders are accurately completed and maintained.
- Manage Project Assistant and oversee a productive working relationship based on development and effective communication.
- Successful resolution of adhoc reactive maintenance issues and financial forecasting of PPM schedule.
What would you like from me
- Experience in a Project Managers role preferable in the fast moving retail industry.
- An understanding of the total project life cycle from dealing with contractors through to all of the operational stages.
- Able to work in an agile environment to successfully multitask and react to change quickly.
- This role will require travel sometimes internationally so flexibility is key.
- Strong ability to see efficiencies simplify and implement change.
- Passion for retail and shopping experiences with added interest in future thinking.
- The ability to selfmanage organised great attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Salary 45000 per year
