- Welche SAPKenntnisse explizit erwartet werden/wünschenswert sind à Primär werden kaufmännische Module genutzt/iplementiert (FI/CO Ariba etc.)
- Mit welchen Fachbereichen wird zusammengearbeitet à verschiedene primär Finance und kaufmännische (Controlling Accounting/Tax)
- Wie groß ist das Team – Die Frage stellen Kandidaten häufig à Der Bereich IT Demand Management hat 14 MA zzgl. 3 Studenten
- Wie sieht es mit dem RemoteAnteil in der Abteilung aus à Hybrides Arbeitsmodel in Absprache mit dem Linemanager 34 tage Remote work umsetzbar ggf. auch mehr. Es muss eine regelmäßige vor Ort Präsenz sichergestellt werden. Location ist Leipzig Fahrtkosten/ Übernachtungskosten werden nicht übernommen
- Wie ist das Gehalt strukturiert à je nach Skill für eine Seniorrolle 60 bis 70 / Fixum zzgl. variablem Anteil (3/4 Monatsgehalt bei Erreichung der Unternehmensziele zu 100 %) zzgl. Benefits
