Tasks
- Audits: Collaborate with auditors support audit processes.
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute longterm financial strategies analyze metrics forecast trends and identify opportunities.
- Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee accurate and timely financial reports streamline processes and communicate complex data clearly.
- IndustrySpecific Expertise: Navigate iGaming regulations analyze player behavior and monitor industry trends.
- Internal Controls & Compliance: Design and implement controls foster ethical practices and conduct audits.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead mentor and empower your team promote collaboration and plan for succession.
- Adhoc duties: Seek opportunities for process improvement reconcile payments and assist the CFO as needed.
Requirements
- Advanced MS Office skills including Excel.
- Experience in preparing Board packs and reports.
- Proficiency in Sage QuickBooks and Xero.
- CA qualification or 5 years in a senior financial role preferably in iGaming.
- Success in managing complex financial operations implementing controls and accurate reporting.
- Analytical and problemsolving skills with exemplary communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in financial modeling forecasting and budgeting tools in iGaming.
- Deep understanding of accounting principles financial regulations and iGaming compliance.
- Passion for the iGaming industry and contributing to Dream Teams growth.
