Requirements
Assess the current interaction model between the SE department and the other business units and support functions in the company
Design the rules of engagement and interaction and governance model that support the SE department in executing its new mandate
Define an actionable roadmap of improvement initiatives
Support in the implementation of the quick-wins and selected initiatives
Design, document, and implement the process for cascading the department scorecard to all the sub-departments of SE
Design, document, and implement the process for evaluating the performance of the department s team members against their corresponding scorecards
Develop the required templates to support the evaluation of the performance of the various team members
