Order Management System OMS Lead

OMS Implementation and Integration:

• Lead the endtoend implementation of the Order Management System ensuring successful integration with other business systems.
  
• Design develop maintain extend applications and implement projects based on the IBM Sterling Order Management capabilities.
  

System Optimization and Enhancement:

• Continuously assess and optimize the OMS to improve order processing efficiency accuracy and overall system performance.
  
• Support a wide range of technology projects using Sterling Order Management including configurations software development installation of patches and upgrades.
  

Process Improvement:

• Analyze current order management processes and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Conduct design and code reviews of extensions and customizations to ensure overall quality and compliance with the IBM Sterling development framework.
  

User Training and Support:

• Act as a primary point of contact for user support addressing and resolving systemrelated issues in a timely manner.
  

• Participate in the review of solution testing and deployment including System Test MultiPlatform Integration Test User Acceptance Test and Performance Test.
  

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Utilize data analytics tools to generate meaningful insights into order patterns trends and performance metrics.
  
• Develop and distribute regular reports to stakeholders highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of OMSrelated projects.
  
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of project statuses issues and resolutions.
