Requirements
- 3 years of successful fullcycle recruitment experience
- Full professional working proficiency in English Ukrainian/Russian
- Excellent in sourcing screening interviewing hiring onboarding and offboarding
- Experience in ADU Construction Real Estate or Property Management is a plus
- Experience in running HR meetings and activities to track and enhance the NPS/mood is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent people and time management skills
- Excellent proficiency in using ATS CRM AI tools dashboards and other software
