Job Description
This is a remote position.
Job function: Information Technology
Compensation: $131000 $160000
Relocation assistance: No Visa sponsorship eligibility: No
Security Clearance: TS (T5 investigation closed in past 2 years) or CBP cleared.
The Data Visual Specialist works with public health scientists geospatial analysts web developers and program leadership to create and publish data visualizations. These visualizations products will provide additional insight for geospatial and public health analyses. The Data Visual Specialist will use a variety of tools to create sophisticated and publicationready graphs tables charts and other visualizations.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 5 years of Data Engineering or Data Management experience.
- Strong SQL skills and ability to identify issues with data.
- Experience with Qlik
- Experience with PowerBI tools
- Understanding of database and database design
- Demonstrated experience with cleaning management optimizing performance and processing large volumes of data.
- Demonstrated experience within an AWS environment (AWS certifications preferred)
- Familiarity with industry bestpractices for softwarehardware optimization when processing large sets of data.
- Experience with machine learning with statistical modeling timeseries forecasting and/or geospatial analytics is preferred.
