Job Description
Hospitality Spotlight is looking for a Revenue Management Director for a client in Southern California.
The Work:
Reservations Distribution and Revenue Management
Identify new revenue opportunities
Provide daily weekly and monthly reporting
Optimize and expand distribution partnerships
Challenge and influence hotel to improve service level and operational standards.
Build and maintain strong working relationships
Travel 30%
Additional duties as required
What you ve already done (requirements):
5 years of experience implementing revenue management operations procedures and best practices with an independent high end hotel as a Director of Revenue
Luxury hotel experience
Bachelor s degree
A track record of successful leadership
Developed interpersonal adaptive influencing and supervisory management skills
Knowledge of online hotel reservation systems and revenue management systems
Compensation:
Yearly salary base range of $110k $120k
Open bonus potential.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years as a Hotel Director Revenue Management with an independent high-end/luxury hotel - Thinks critically and objectively; has excellent problem solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions based on business demands. - Has a passion for hospitality, demonstrated by a progressive hotel career.
