Are looking to hire highly energetic and motivated Trainers to join our Training Team in the QSR field


Requirements

Conduct a Training analysis to identify instore training needs and opportunities

Candidate must have Grade 12

ETDP Qualification is essential

Execute training sessions workshops etc in groups or individually

Induction and Orientation of all new staff

Ensure that all staff know the Standard Operating Procedures of the Brand

Evaluate performance to ensure that training is effective

Embed the service promise with all staff

Suggest initiatives to grow turnovers and improve customer service

Constantly review the performance of Franchisees and staff

Must have strong Customer Service orientation

Must Act as a Brand custodian and protect the brand at all times

Deliver on goals as agreed with your manager



Benefits

Duration: Permanent with a three month probation

Salary: 9 000(CTC) depending on experience and previous salary.

Benefits: Medical aid(60% contribution from EE and 40% contribution from the company) petrol card cell phone(reimbursement)

Candidate should have QSR experience in a similar role



Monitor the progress of stores. Audit and evaluate stores and provide feedback. Ensure proper standards are maintained Conduct regular environmental scans of competitor activities (price, product, layouts, and promotions) and external socio-economic factors so that appropriate changes/action can be taken where applicable. Ensure that the regions, areas, and stores are informed on appropriate product/menu mix based on its specific customer profiles and customer trends. Analyse the business and provide suggestions for improvements to ensure profitability. Collaborate with the Project team in recommending new store locations to ensure a footprint expansion. Ensure that stores comply with Local Store Marketing Initiatives. Training of staff on standard operating procedures. Project management experience will be beneficial. Assistance with the opening of new stores. Provide Guidance to stores relating to third-party delivery.
