Description:

Influencer are hiring for a PA to assist our Executive Leadership Team along with the management of our London HQ Office. This is an office based role in our London HQ.

This role is a combination of the two; it requires a strong level of organisation diary management event coordination and culture lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diary management and scheduling across multiple time zones and diaries

• Arranging both internal & external meetings and ensuring the correct meeting resources are in place

• Inbox management to support in flagging and prioritising time critical emails while responding to meeting arrangements that come through

• Ensuring all meetings are prepared and executed for with bookings and clear agendas note taking and follow ups

• Travel management for global visits of the Executive Leadership Team

• Assisting with Google Slides; creation & editing of company board and packs and client facing decks

• Stakeholder management of Leadership Team; gatekeeping and adhoc support as and when needed

• Owning all office initiatives such as culture initiatives team offsites company wide events ensuring the office is well stocked of all amenities and the general day to day office operations of the London HQ

• Maintaining the companys organisational charts

Requirements:

• Excellent communication & organisational skills with a high degree of accuracy in a fast paced reactive environment

• A cando approach and a willingness to provide solutions and timely outcomes to tasks that need doing

• Strong GSuite knowledge inc. Mail Slides & Sheets

• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism confidentiality and trustworthiness
