To support our Office Management team we are searching for a Lead Office Management (f/m/d) to be based in our Leipzig Warehouse.
Tasks
- Classic office management
- Management of orders and management of receipts
- Company credit card management
- Professional and disciplinary management of the receptionist housekeeping staff
- First point of contact for external partners & employees
- Internal communication via MYTconnect
- Event organization
Requirements
- Completed commercial training
- Proven professional experience in office management ideally in a personnel management position
- Sound knowledge of Office applications especially Outlook and Excel
- Good communication skills and independent working style
- Analytical thinking and problemsolving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team and a high level of service orientation
