Product Owner Full-Time 100 Remote

After founding OANDA Richard Olsen went on to create Lykke in 2015 with the goal of staying at the forefront of emerging technologies that could be applied to financial markets. Lykke has various operations including running a cryptocurrency exchange providing software as a service products and serving as a marketmaker / liquidity provider on numerous trading platforms.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our growing team.

As a Product Owner you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering our products. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams including development design and business stakeholders to drive product development from conception to launch.

Tasks

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the product vision strategy and roadmap
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the fintech landscape
• Translate business goals into detailed user stories epics and acceptance criteria for development teams
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
• Work closely with UX/UI designers and FE Developers to create intuitive and userfriendly product interfaces
• Engage with development teams in agile ceremonies providing guidance and clarifications on product requirements
• Continuously gather feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate on product features and improve overall user satisfaction
• Identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics to assess the performance and success of product features
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product decisions

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (business computer science engineering etc.)
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the fintech industry
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile development environments
• Analytical mindset with a focus on datadriven decisionmaking
• Capability to develop strategic product plans
• Effective in articulating ideas and engaging with team members and stakeholders (the team is 100% Remote)
• Knowledge of BDD and Gherkin for clear requirement specification
• Familiarity with financial services and a deep understanding of user needs in the fintech space
• Focus on enhancing customer experience to guide product development and innovation
• Proficient in handling multiple tasks and adapting to changing requirements
