Technical Support Specialist (II), with the following conditions:

At least 5 years of experience working as a system engineer in a call center environment.
Experience the Genesys Pure Engage call center system.
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Skills in creating and maintaining system documentation, policies and procedures.
