Process Analytics Technology PAT Specialist

Tasks

The Process Analytics Technology Specialist will work with IT and Production departments to implement SynTQ on a pharmaceutical production site :

• Understand and translate business requirements into technical capabilities
• Lead the implementation and deployment of SynTQ ensuring seamless integration with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical expertise and support to ensure the optimal utilization of SynTQ for realtime process monitoring and data analysis.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams
• Conduct training sessions for site personnel on SynTQ functionalities
• Proactively monitor and troubleshoot issues related to SynTQ offering timely solutions to minimize disruptions in manufacturing operations.
• Generate comprehensive reports and documentation maintaining accurate records of SynTQ configurations system changes and troubleshooting activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor / Master in a scientific engineering or software development field
• Expert in PAT integration and setting up of equipment orchestration ideally with SynTQ
• Good knowledge of data and analytical for the following equipment to be integrated: MAST RAMAN NOVAFLEX FLOW VPE/VPX
• Knowledge and experience in Computerized System Validation (GAMP5 21 CFR 11)
• Fluency in English French would be a plus
• EU or Swiss nationality or valid Swiss working permit
• Ideally available immeditately
