Job Description
- Experience of supervising or managing others at Head of Department level
- Experience of successfully leading a People function at senior level
- An adaptable, collaborative and persuasive leadership style and approach that will inspire the trust and commitment of others, with strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Commitment to and experience of Safeguarding principles, demonstrating values and attitudes that promote a safe environment for all.
- Commitment to the principles of equality, diversity & inclusion, and their practical application and integration in the work environment
