Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding financial and business partnering support to enable the delivery of the OAE's strategic goals.
- Devise long-term strategic financial and operational planning to partner with and support the CEO to achieve impact.
- Scrupulously high standards.
- Drive the quality and transparency of financial management and reporting.
- Maintain high financial confidence across the OAE, internally, with its partners and at Board level.
- Maintain robust financial controls and uphold an already excellent framework.
- Strong knowledge of fraud resilience strategies that ensures excellence in governance, tax compliance and company secretarial duties.
- Lead with EQ and vision to create a fulfilling working environment for Finance staff and all other members of the wider team.
