Job Description
Become a customer advisor. Your role will be to respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone email and chat. Comprehensive onsite training youthful work environment (average age of 25) and multicultural (20 different languages).
Tasks
Respond to customer via phone email
Establish a trusting relationship
Updating customer files
Resolve customer issues
Ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements
Native or fluent in German
English B2 level
Patient
Empathetic
Clean criminal record
