Your role will be to manage an existing BtoB client portfolio via phone and email. Creating quotes followups sales tracking and managing postorder disputes. Incoming calls (80%) Outgoing calls (20%).
Tasks
Creating quotes
Establishing a trusting relationship
Updating customer files
Following up on pending quotes
Ensuring sales tracking
Managing postorder disputes
Requirements
Native or fluent in German
English B2 level
Sales acumen
A valid diploma
Clean criminal record
