What you will do
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for global omnichannel business
- Manage the endtoend digital marketing process
- Deliver effective campaigns across multiple digital channels
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance
- Stay uptodate on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Prepare and present reports on digital marketing performance
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations
- Understanding of local Pharmaceutical codes and regulations
- Experience implementing DDCx User Journey Catalog
What you will need
- A degree in digital marketing or equivalent with significant experience in omnichannel execution of content and user journeys
- MBA Marketing
- Proven experience in customer experience in Digital Accelerator in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and influence team members.
- Excellent problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering successful projects on time and within budget
