Keen to join our Business control and Analytics team As part of the Business control and Analytics team a team comprised of Natasa Lea and myself you will get to work as a business partner towards Teamtailor departments to improve business performance and efficiency by analyzing financials and key KPIs

What you will do:

• Analyze follow up and report financial performance on a monthly quarterly and yearly basis for management reporting
• Be a part of and drive the budgeting and forecasting process
• Enable datadriven insights and decision making
• Maintain improve and analyze metrics and KPIs
• Create new models for analysis
• Work as a business partner with other Teamtailor departments to identify and improve data performance and KPIs
• Prepare and create material for board and external investors
• Work with large sets of data to gain insights into how business performance can be enhanced

Who you are:

• You have 24 years of work experience from a similar role
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office primarily Excel and MS Power Query
• Previous experience in initiating and driving projects
• Analytical structured and proactive
• Financial experience e.g. PL budget and management reporting
• Youre fluent in both English and Swedish
