Operations Manager Project Manager CPG

Hiring Operations Manager for a top fast scaling CPG startup flying past $5M in annual revenue. This company HQd in the old town area of Scottsdale has a unique product offering and along with their partnerships are scaling rapidly.

*This position is on site in office as the team is going through exciting high growth stages!

Will report to and work closely with the CEO on the day to day. The company is scaling and additional support is needed cross functionally to maintain strong leadership continued growth and exceptional company culture.

• Operational thought leader ability to step in and help one or many divisions including: HR Accounting Supply Chain and other back of the house operations. Come up with solutions to help automate and save time strategic oversight throughout.
• Tech Savvy Ability to utilize many software programs that can be impactful to the business. Help project manage these for impactful utilization company wide
• People leader Essentially a Chief of Staff type role being the right hand to the CEO ensuring business runs smoothly at all times.

This position will be in office in the old town Scottsdale area.
