Responsibilities
Handle 3050 inbound calls daily simultaneously generating valuable sales leads
Assist customers with paymentrelated queries due date changes and various other issues
Achieve personal and team sales targets meeting callhandling quotas effectively
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions process accounts and organize necessary documents
Adhere to communication procedures guidelines and policies
Qualifications
Possess 1 or more years of customer service experience
Reside within a 60mile radius of Coppell TX
Exhibit strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
Hold a High School diploma or equivalent
Other Details
Training begins on February 5th Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM lasting approximately 2 weeks
40hour work week with a flexible schedule ranging from 8:00 AM 8:00 PM including rotating Saturdays
Fully remote work arrangement
Compensation: $18.50 per hour
Initial contract role for 90 days with the potential for extension
Home office must have a reliable WIFI connection
