Supervise development and modernization of programs if needed. Provide organization and implementation as necessary. Assist with IHBG application by providing needs and cost information for new development and modernization programs. Represent the Housing Authority at all job construction meetings and advise the Supervisor assigned on construction- related decisions. Estimate construction materials requirement from blue prints. Act as the liaison for the Housing Authority in dealing with architects, contractors and suppliers for the modernization and new development programs. Ensure the projects are completed within established time frames, within budget, and in full compliance with program regulations. Represent the Housing Authority in dealing with contractors, and advise the Supervisor. Supervise, train and evaluate subordinate staff. Perform other related duties as assigned.
