Job Description
The Agencys best clients are currently bolstering their Life and Health Insurance groups by hiring additional team members with proven experience or a desire to learn the craft. As a Life and Health Insurance Producer/Agent you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and families secure their future and wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and acquiring new clients seeking life and health insurance coverage.
- Conducting comprehensive insurance needs analyses and presenting solutions.
- Explaining policy options terms and coverage details to clients.
- Preparing insurance quotes and policy documents for clients.
- Assisting clients with claims processing policy changes and inquiries.
- Keeping uptodate with life and health insurance products and industry trends.
- Building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Requirements
- Stateissued insurance license including life and health.
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
- Effective communication and empathy when discussing sensitive topics.
- Ability to work independently and provide personalized service.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
