Job Description
This is a remote position.
Role: Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
Duration: 12 months
Location: Remote
Interview: 2 video interviews
Salary: $90k plus benefits
Note:
Seeking candidates with a background in the financial sector or the automotive industry
Two rounds of video interviews:
The first interview will be with the management team at Appex Innovation.
The second interview would be conducted with the client.
Responsibilities:
Utilize a minimum of 8 years of overall experience in Salesforce with a specific focus on Service Cloud for at least 6 years.
Act in a dual capacity as both a developer and consultant bringing a versatile skill set to the role.
Engage in clientfacing responsibilities requiring effective communication and coordination skills.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored Salesforce solutions.
Contribute to the development and implementation of Service Cloud strategies and functionalities.
Ensure seamless integration of Service Cloud with other Salesforce modules.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce trends and technologies to provide cuttingedge solutions.
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience with 6 years of handson experience specifically in Salesforce Service Cloud.
Proven experience in a dual role as both a developer and consultant.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
Salesforce certifications related to Service Cloud will be an added advantage.
