Key Responsibilities:
- Tax Compliance: Lead the preparation and filing of federal state and local tax returns ensuring accuracy and strict adherence to relevant regulations.
- Tax Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective tax strategies aligned with the overall business goals of the firm.
- Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of changes in tax laws conduct research on complex tax issues and provide informed recommendations to manage risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Audit Support: Collaborate closely with internal and external audit teams providing comprehensive documentation and support during tax audits and examinations.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification highly preferred.
- Proven experience as a Tax Associate or in a similar role within a public accounting firm with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Indepth knowledge of tax laws regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in tax software and MS Office applications.
