You will be in charge of our development and innovation agenda covering every aspect of our development from material selection to technology development. Together with the organization our partners and academia you will align with our brands vision and ensure a story of growth sustainability and market leadership. Main responsibilities

• Architect and drive the innovation roadmap in alignment with strategic goals.
• Lead material and technology innovation for alignment with company objectives.
• Spearhead Research and Development initiatives ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Foster crossfunctional collaboration to seamlessly integrate new technologies.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
• Manage and safeguard intellectual property for growth and competitive edge.
• Lead innovation with a focus on business outcomes ensuring rapid and effective market launch strategies.
  

Qualifications

• Experience in managing multiple projects with a strategic and innovative mindset.
• Has extensive knowledge of the market ideally within the materials machinery or packaging industries.
• Proven track record of managing technical organizations.
• Demonstrates dynamic leadership inspiring teams and driving transformation.
• Holds a Masters or PhD in a technical field and has a strong track record of leading strategic and innovative projects.
• Proficiency in English and proven communication skills to share our story globally.
