So whats the mission of the Content Assistant

To work as part of the Creative & Branding Team to support the Content Team through organisation and collaboration. Through managing sample stock supporting the producer with campaign logistics and assisting on set.

This role is entry level and perfect for someone looking to get their start in content production with opportunities to work on all stages of putting together a campaign.

What does success look like in this role

• Support producers with logistics and bookings for commercial and campaign photoshoots through researching models maintaining trackers and sending call sheets.
• Manage and maintain photography studio keeping the studio and equipment organised.
• Manage sample stock maintaining organised systems and scanning product in and out for shoots.
• Assist with wardrobe orders and returns.
• Assist on set supporting with sample management dressing models and shadowing producers.
• Crop file name and manage the handover of all content.
• Organisation and maintaining folder structure for all content.

What wouldyou like from me

• Passionate about Astrid &Miyu jewellery and campaign production/content creation.
• Past demonstration of ability to follow instructions and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Proven experience using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Gogetter and action oriented willing to roll up sleeves when needed.
• Past onset experience through university or internships is a bonus.
• Ability and energy to work in a fast paced environment.
• Positive mindset and a team player.
