Your key responsibilities as a Sales & Key Account Manager:

In your role as Key Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving business success by establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships. You are responsible for customer contacts from the initial dialog throughout the development and collaboration phase installation of equipment and until customer satisfaction. The position requires a combination of sales acumen customer relationship management and business development skills. You take ownership of assigned customer dialogues and work proactively to drive the collaboration with the customer forward. The role will also require a strategic thinker with a keen understanding of the market and the ability to identify opportunities for growth. You will be a part of our Sales Team and will report to our Chief Commercial Officer. Your key responsibilities are:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers understanding their business needs and objectives.
    • Initiate customer dialogs qualify customers and act as the first point on contact for customers on their transition journey to dry forming.
    • Do business case calculations and come with recommendations of how our offer needs to be developed.
    • Lead technical dialogues with customers to understand and convey technical knowledge.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products/services and meet customer expectations.
    • Support customers during implementation of the technology at the customer place.
    • Follow up on project plans and project/customer budgets.
    • Identify opportunities for growth and collaborate with the marketing team to expand our customer base.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends understand market dynamics and competitor activities.

    Your Profile:

    • Technical background with minimum 5 years experience in key account management sales or a related field.
    • Proven track record of technical sales preferably machine or technology sales in the plastic or paper industry.
    • Strong understanding of the packaging industry and market dynamics
    • Resultsoriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
    • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
    • Experience of commercialising new technology is an asset.
    • Excellent negotiation skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
    • Proficiency in English
