Recruitment Supervisor- INDIAN APPLICANTS ONLY

Role &Responsibilities

1.Manage track and oversee recruitment activities such as job posting application processing interview scheduling and document preparation for the tile factories.

2.Work with Line manager to plan develop and implement recruitment strategies

3.Perform followups with Line manager to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and strategy implementation

4.Ensure minimum qualifications are met for position postings

5.Participate in the interview and selection process by making recommendations on candidate suitability for positions

6.Build networks to develop a pool of candidates for various functions

7.Travel to different tile factories to make sure the recruitment activities running well.
