Assistant Manager Accounts

• Oversee the accounts receivable and payable processes ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payment transactions.
  
• Assist outsourced firm in Payroll Accounting and Disbursement.
  
• Assist Global Finance Team in timely monthly closing in accordance with Global Checklist.
  
• Prepare and analyze financial reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with international accounting standards.
  
• Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to support strategic decisionmaking.
  
• Act as Finance Business Partner and provide guidance on best practices and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  
• Monitor and manage cash flow to optimize working capital.
  
• Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders including senior management to provide financial updates and insights.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
  
• Proven experience in a managerial accounting role with a minimum of 3 of relevant experience.
  
• Fluency in both English and German languages is mandatory.
  
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and international financial reporting standards.
  
• Proficient in using financial management software and tools.
