SAP Test Manager

We are looking for an experienced handson SAP Test Manager with 10 years of experience with minimum 3 SAP implementations predominately in Finance modules. They need to have strong SAP skills and managing both onshore and offshore teams.

Must Have:
Strong SAP Test Management skills across SIT E2E Recon & UAT Test Phases
Strong functional skills in understanding and planning Test Phases with various stakeholders as per the project timeline
Ability to multitask with parallel Test Phases and coordinate and report on Daily and Weekly Testing progress
Strong JIRA with xRay skills to manage Test execution & Defect Management

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Managing and working closely with SI partner SIT & E2E Recon Test team to deliver each phase of testing as per the delivery plan
Managing Planning & Execution of UAT test phase with Business

Ensuring alignment with Project Plan activities and milestones
Execution of Test Strategy across all Test Phases
Ensuring each Test phase plan is integrated with Programme Delivery plan
Ensuring to work according to the Banks Quality Assurance and Reporting Framework
Ensure that stakeholders and third party suppliers are engaged in all testing activity and ensure that comprehensive MI is in place across all testing phased to support effective decision making.
