Job Description

ELECTRICIAN (18TH EDITION)


Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrician with 18th edition and highways experience. This role is on a full time permanent basis preferably temporary to permanent for their site in Hillingdon.



Electrician Duties:

  • Test and Inspect highway electrical installations in compliance with 18th edition wiring regulations;
  • Assemble install and test electrical wiring;
  • Diagnose and repair any electrical problems;
  • Inspect electrical systems equipment and components to identify hazards;
  • Liaise with subcontractors; and
  • Complete all relevant documentation and tablet work as required.

Electrician Skills and Qualifications:

  • 18th edition qualification / certificate is essential;
  • 2391 or 714 Inspection Test;
  • Valid ECS card;

Preferably G39 and IPAF;

  • Qualified Electrician with experience working on Highways;
  • Good knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation:
  • Full Driving Licence: and

Strong communication skills.

Electrician Offer:

Salary ranging up to 38k Depending on Experience approximately 18ph

Hours per week are 06:00 to 14:30 negotiable 42.5 hour week
