Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. Previous experience as a showroom manager or in leading sales and marketing teams.
Leadership skills: Excellent leadership abilities that include the ability to manage a team, motivate it, direct goals, and achieve the required results.
Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the exhibition industry or related sector, and an understanding of customer needs and trends in the field.
Planning and organization skills: The ability to develop strategic plans for the exhibition, and organize events and promotions.
