Project Manager - Pharmaceutical Risk Profiling mfx

Innerspace seeks a dedicated Project Manager who excels in strategic planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to prioritize multiple projects extensive experience with project management tools such as Jira and outstanding communication skills.

Tasks

• Develop and implement project plans ensuring clearly defined scope goals and deliverables
• Utilize Jira effectively for project scheduling resource allocation tracking progress and reporting
• Coordinate crossfunctional teams to meet project milestones and outcomes align with business objectives
• Facilitate regular project meetings ensuring clear communication among team members and stakeholders
• Manage project risks and issues developing contingency plans as necessary
• Provide detailed project reports and updates to senior management
• Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained and accessible
• Conduct postproject evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements

Requirements

• Masters degree in Business Administration Management or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management
• Strong proficiency in Jira and other project management software
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
• Experience in stakeholder management and negotiation
• PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification preferred
