Undertake Electrical concept optimisation studies and ensure that the selected option is optimal. • *About this role** - Participate in assessing the technical capabilities of Contractors and vendors; Participate in the technical bid evaluation and coordinate the Electrical aspects of the technical bids; - Undertake Electrical Design/Calculations and Reviews on the Consultant/Contractor’s design and coordinate the design review within the project team and on Inter-departmental level within the Scope of Work; Review detailed design/specifications and drawings, submitted by Contractors and Consulting Engineers and ensure fit for purpose and technical quality, in terms electrical inputs; This includes Chairing SAFOP sessions and other involvement, i;e. HSE related aspects of the Project under implementation; - Report daily to QA/QC Coordinator/ Engineer and advise him on the COMPANY’S main contractor compliance to contract procedures and standards and any matters effecting quality. • *What you need to bring** - BSc. Electrical or Instrument and Control Engineering graduate Engineering graduate from an internationally recognized University; - A minimum of 10 years of relevant Oil & Gas Process industry experience with an International Consultancy Organization or EPIC contractor in the field of Electrical design/engineering, of which a minimum of 8 years as a Lead/Senior Electrical or Instrument and Control Engineer or similar position with an Engineering Design Consultant or third party; - recognize company or EPIC Contractor. • *Benefits** • *Salary**: Day Rate in QAR Plus Allowance • *Work Schedule**: 9 Hours / 6 Days • *Duration**: 26 June 2024 with possible extension • *Location**: Qatar
