Responsibilities:

• Evaluate client business challenges and work with the team to arrive at the bestfit technology solution
• Analyze complex business and technical problems related to the implementation of new technology and/or the customization of existing technologies.
• Partner with other technology teams to work with business executives and end users to conceptualize new application projects recommend technologies and implementation strategies and then architect/design for requirements of the project within financial and timeline guidelines
• Estimate work efforts required for each phase of a project
• Develop proposals and SOW
• Lead analysis architecture design and development of worldclass solutions leveraging the full spectrum of technologies and design patterns
• Develop technology strategies and roadmaps
• Implement best practices implementation of POCs capacity planning and performance tuning. Collaborate with other SMEs and all levels of IT staff for identification of business requirements that affect business architecture and development of solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical requirements
• Manage the communication and internal cooperation of clients
• Author and/or review architecture/design and other technical documents ensuring high quality deliverables and systems development across tech stacks and applications teams
• Evaluate new technologies with other IT staff and develop strategic roadmaps ensuring compatibility of technical solutions with organizational business needs and strategic objectives.
• Create and maintain appropriate architecture deliverables.
• Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field required

Experience:

• Experience with architecting/implementing solutions leveraging appropriate technical stack
• Ability to communicate complex technical and operational solutions or translate complex topics into simple business language to drive value alignment for technical or and nontechnical audiences of varying skillset and seniority
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies
• Proven track record of establishing trusted advisor relationships with customers at all levels
• A strong and varied technical skillset with the ability to compare and identify the tradeoffs of various technologies
• Acumen to understand endtoend strategic business models
• Able to develop write and defend business case analyses to justify propositions to clients and partners
• Ability to selfmanage time and priorities in a complex multiteam matrix environment while maintaining highquality deliverables for oneself as well as your tech teams
