SAP- FICO Consultant

Lead and participate in SAP FICO implementation projects including requirement gathering

solution design system configuration testing training and postgolive support.

Analyze business processes identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations

for SAP FICO solutions that align with business objectives.

Configure SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements including General Ledger

Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Asset Accounting Cost Element Accounting Cost

Center Accounting Internal Orders Profitability Analysis and Profit Center Accounting.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules and

external systems ensuring seamless data flow and process integration.

Provide functional and technical expertise in resolving complex issues troubleshooting

system errors and optimizing SAP FICO performance.

Develop and maintain SAP FICO documentation including business process procedures user

manuals and configuration guides.

Deliver enduser training and support to ensure effective utilization of SAP FICO functionality

and best practices.

Stay abreast of SAP FICO best practices industry trends and new SAP releases and provide

recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting Finance Information Technology

or related field.

Minimum of 6 years of handson experience as an SAP FICO Consultant with at least 3 full

lifecycle SAP FICO implementations.

Indepth knowledge of SAP FICO configuration integration with other SAP modules and

familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance.

Strong understanding of accounting principles financial processes and cost controlling

methodologies.

Proficiency in SAP FICO reporting tools such as SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics SAP

Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) and SAP Fiori.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively

with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

SAP certification in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) is preferred.

Experience working in industries such as manufacturing retail utilities or pharmaceuticals is

a plus.
