Duties & Responsibilities:
- To represent CTS in the role of Operations Supervisor.
- To create and assign daily orders on CSTI for the technicians.
- To Carry out a daily ring around to the technicians and clearly explain their workload. This to include times equipment required and anyone special instructions received from the client.
- To schedule work on Hub Planner in an efficient and logistical manner.
- To monitor and respond to emails within 30 minutes of an enquiry.
- To carry out mangers sign off starting with basic testing with a view to expanding throughout role.
- To manage vehicles all FORS requirements assigned to Ops such as servicing weekly check sheets and van audits.
- Managing Direct Reportees Sickness RTW Holiday requests Probations and update on Cascade.
- To carry out contract reviews on day to day works as well as small to medium size projects.
- To create Site specific RAMS for clients plus issuing Generic RAMS.
- To support with the onboarding process for new starter on first few days especially. To include online training for FORs and CSCS test Inductions etc.
- To monitor equipment to include maintenance stock levels including consumables calibrations and locating equipment for next days site visits.
- To carry out the recruitment process in full with the given support of the Operations Manager.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience as Senior Technician/ Operations Support Supervisor.
- Materials testing background is essential.
