Most of the Sales Team are based in the trs chic Le Marais (3e) in Paris where new joiners will find a pretty cool team coming from all over the world and sharing the same values and objectives.

Location: Gateshead UK.
Currently we are only accepting applications from individuals who are based in the UK.
Preferably the successful candidate will be North East based on a hybrid working contract but will be required to work from our Gateshead office when requested by the Head of Department.
Our Team at SaleCycle
Our Client Onboarding and Support Team play a pivotal role in supporting the whole business responsible for supporting our sales and account management teams by assisting with product questions and providing site investigations on prospects websites. They are also responsible for onboarding new and existing client campaigns maintaining existing clients scripts ensuring that our clients campaigns continue to recover revenue. You will take ownership of your workload becoming a vital knowledge base for all!
As a Junior Developer you will
Conduct extensive investigations on our clients websites identifying how we will scrape the information our platform needs to create compelling campaigns
Create and maintain the custom clientside JavaScript fixing any bugs during the client onboarding process
Take ownership of your own work taking pride in what you have developed
Work closely with the implementation and solution consultants to ensure a swift onboarding process
Provide regular updates (targets KPIs progress issues etc) to your Line Manager
Provide support to the other areas within the business when required to maintain business performance and an environment of collaboration and teamwork
It is essential that you have
Some experience in SQL Server and Version Control (e.g. GitHub) Looker
Be an expert at analysing and problemsolving using out of the box ideas when needed
Have strong adaptable communication skills able to translate potentially complex issues to varying levels of understanding both written and verbally
Also be a committed team player able to integrate easily into our closeknit environment
Comfortable working with data with strong analytical skills
Remains calm and composed in pressurised environments
